The role

As a Sales Representative at Provident Financial, you'll be on the front line of our business — meeting with prospective clients, understanding their financial picture, and recommending solutions that fit their goals. You'll be trained, mentored, and held to a high standard because that's how careers are built here.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain client relationships across the financial services market.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals and financial needs.
  • Present and recommend suitable financial products and strategies.
  • Maintain a strong activity pipeline of outreach, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Stay current on industry developments, products, and licensing requirements.
  • Participate in weekly mentorship, coaching, and team training.

What you bring

  • Strong communication skills and a coachable mindset.
  • Self-discipline and the drive to operate as a producer.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to obtain required state licensing (we support the process).
  • Sales or client-facing experience is a plus, not a requirement.
